How to use the Boundless Library

The Boundless Library is our answer to the millions* of times we've heard purpose-driven professionals say: we want a professional development community around management and leadership that feels like it was made for me.

We've designed it to be both high-quality and accessible – everything on our website is free, with the exception of the programming in the Manager's Lab (more on this in a second).

Why am I getting a "members only" message?

Some of our resources (for example, the Aspiring Project Manager) are free, but limited to members only. You can become a member for FREE, anytime, by signing up with your email address. Anything labeled with a gold star is accessible to FREE members.

OK, so what is the Manager's Lab?

The Manager's Lab is a monthly membership that gives you the strategy, language, and frameworks to lead intentionally — in your own voice, from your own values, without going back for the MBA or the PhD. Learn more here or check out a preview here. Anything labeled with a red badge is accessible to Manager's Lab members.

How can I see what's in the Boundless Library?

The sidebar curates most of our free resources. You can also access our blog archives.

The "Start Here" tag contains what we would call "foundational knowledge" – definitions, clarifications, and other pieces that function as a sort of "quick start" guide.

Finally, of course, as a free subscriber, you'll get an email whenever we update – and we try to do a pretty good job linking out to related resources whenever possible.
