Step 1: Developing Your Management Baseline

Before you do anything else in the Lab, we'll want you to go through our Developing Your Management Baseline minicourse. It's all about understanding your unique point of view and theory of change — two of the most important pieces of who you are as a leader – and we think it should take you 1-2 hours to complete:

New content: Tailoring Minicourse

This month, we're looking at how purpose-driven pros can combine all three of the Lenses of Leadership Thinking – critical, strategic, and creative – to build work processes and cultures that truly reflect them through a process called tailoring.

Tailoring is one of the "Tools and Techniques" underlying excellent project management via PMI, but we can borrow from the project management profession to apply it to all types of management.
