Step 1: Developing Your Management Baseline
Before you do anything else in the Lab, we'll want you to go through our Developing Your Management Baseline minicourse. It's all about understanding your unique point of view and theory of change — two of the most important pieces of who you are as a leader – and we think it should take you 1-2 hours to complete:
From there, you'll engage with our content or our events in whatever way best serves you at the time. We drop new content each month – that'll be what you see below in the "NEW" box – as well as archiving past content and linking to upcoming events. Enjoy the Lab! 👩🔬

As managers, we're constantly solving problems -- by ourselves and with a team, on our own and on behalf of others.
This month's content drop digs deep into models we can use to prioritize tangled issues -- getting you out of firefighting mode and into "block and tackle" mode. We're also, of course, covering off on a model to use once you get into that "tackling problems" mode.
