We're here for purpose-driven professionals ready to step into leadership – the higher ed pro who's been running programs, mentoring students, and wrangling committees for years; the nonprofit director who's been doing the work of three people in service of a mission that matters deeply. And we know: most management training wasn't built for you.

As purpose-driven pros ourselves, we've spent years up close and personal tackling a very specific problem: the specialized training that gets folks into mission-driven work rarely includes the part about how to actually manage it. That's a systems problem – not a you problem – and it's the gap we're here to close.

So pull up a chair.
